My work sits at the intersection of complex systems and human need. Whether designing AI-powered tools for members or navigation flows for a marketplace with millions of users, the question is always the same: what does this person actually need, and what gets in the way?

I lead with research, move with intention, and care deeply about the craft at every layer — from system architecture down to the micro-copy on a single button. I've built 0→1 products, scaled design teams, and learned that the most durable design decisions come from the clearest understanding of context.
